For this HouseHome project, we completed a robust main floor remodel in a home where I’ve worked closely with the Phillips family over three years based on their budget. The renovation began with the dining room and expanded outward to reimagine the heart of the home with a rustic, traditional, and classical design aesthetic.
The dining space was originally a small room paired with an office, which we combined to create a grand, open dining area capable of showcasing a custom, hand-built 16' farm table—a true centerpiece for family gatherings. Ceilings were heightened to enhance spatial flow, wainscoting and fresh paint were added to elevate the architectural detail, and all-new lighting, seating, and furniture complete the transformation with refined elegance.
This main floor remodel embodies HouseHome’s signature approach to luxury interior design in Colorado, blending rustic charm, classical detailing, and traditional materials for a space that is both timeless and inviting. The result is a sophisticated, functional, and beautifully curated main floor that celebrates craftsmanship, architectural integrity, and high-end, livable design.
