Hinman Master Bath | Roxborough Park, CO | Modern Farmhouse Renovation

For this HouseHome project, we completed a full gut and master bathroom remodel in Littleton, Colorado, transforming the space into a modern luxury spa retreat. The goal was to create a serene, sophisticated sanctuary, and the result is a farmhouse-modern bathroom that balances warmth, functionality, and high-end design—exceeding the client’s expectations.

The bathroom features heated Carrera marble floors, which seamlessly extend into the adjacent closet for comfort and continuity. Custom doors were crafted for the closet and toilet rooms, complemented by recessed ceiling lighting and elegant designer light fixtures, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Solid white quartz countertops and polished chrome finishes add a clean, luxurious touch, emphasizing the modern farmhouse aesthetic with simple, refined lines.

For the walls, we achieved the look of teak with ceramic tile, providing the natural warmth and visual interest of wood while offering durability and virtually maintenance-free performance. A frameless glass shower showcases the beautiful cuts of Carrera marble and “wood” accent tiles, creating a striking focal point while enhancing the spa-like feel of the space.
