Probert Main Floor | Lakewood, CO | Modern 3-in-1 Full Renovation

For this HouseHome project, we completed a full main floor renovation of a living room, kitchen, and dining room in an open-concept layout, creating a cohesive, airy, and sophisticated space. The design prioritized smooth flow and visual continuity across all three areas while allowing each space to maintain its individual character and function.

A neutral color palette ties the rooms together, providing a serene and timeless backdrop for rich leather furniture, contemporary white leather seating, and mid-century vintage cabinets that were refinished to showcase craftsmanship and history. The dining area features an industrial-style table with a glass top and matching chairs, keeping the space light and open while adding subtle texture and edge. Large indoor plants bring a touch of nature inside, softening the clean lines and creating a connection to the outdoors.
