For this HouseHome project, we were hired to redesign a vintage 1947 apartment in Denver’s chic Cherry Creek neighborhood—transforming it into a high-end, boho-inspired Airbnb that feels like the perfect destination retreat.
The goal was to create a posh space where guests instantly relax, sink into a cozy sofa with coffee in hand, and experience a thoughtfully curated stay that blends comfort, luxury, and style. Every detail was elevated with premium, designer-level selections, including Restoration Hardware bedding, Anthropologie accents, and layered textures that bring warmth and character to the home. We leaned into a thoughtful boho aesthetic—soft neutrals, organic materials, and relaxed styling—creating an inviting atmosphere that appeals to both couples and families. A charming portable crib was added to ensure the space feels truly welcoming for all travelers.
Framed by designer-finished rooms and impressive Denver skyline views, this Airbnb now offers the charm of a boutique stay with the sophistication of a luxury residence. This renovated gem is poised to be a sought-after, year-round rental—an unforgettable destination crafted with HouseHome’s signature blend of comfort, beauty, and elevated design.
