We are a boutique interior design firm based in Denver, Colorado. We design personal and professional spaces as a true reflection of the people who are living and working in them. We strive for excellence in all aspects of the design process from the first time you contact us, to our signature Design Day. We are proud to have designed spaces across the country from a Florida beach house, a quaint coffee shop in the Colorado mountains, to a busy suburban family home in Georgia and even internationally. Christine Rapert
Owner + Principal Designer
Christine has a natural eye for breathing life into tired spaces. She took her love of all things vintage and became an estate sale regular here in Colorado while primarily a stay-at-home-mom, expertly acquiring the most sought after authentic vintage furniture, art, and home decor to share in her vintage shop. Refreshing, refurbishing, and repurposing vintage pieces for clients deepened her love for the world of interior design and soon she was being called upon for design advice from her buyers. This prompted Christine to start her own business and offer her design services full-time. As design evolves, Christine has remained a reliable principal designer with an eye for creating spaces that are unique to the home or business, marrying modern and vintage designs that produce a timeless look and feel to be cherished for years to come. Christine loves to work with all design styles and challenges, and she continues to incorporate authentic, and often one of a kind, vintage pieces into her work as often as possible.
Christine is a Florida native and has lived in Georgia, Missouri, and North Carolina, before settling in Colorado in 2010. She has a passion and love for all things visually creative. History is her favorite subject. Authentic mid-century furniture is her weakness. She is the single mother of two amazing children, and one lazy cat.
Mariah Cope
Associate Designer
Mariah Cope is a native Coloradan who has been in Interior Design professionally for 3+ years. Over that time, Mariah discovered a deep passion and respect for creating spaces that fit her client’s personalities, but also provide functionality and attention to detail. Her background in Digital Design at Grand Canyon University paired with her Associates in Interior Design at Phoenix College has created a foundation for a methodical, creative and fun approach to the process. After meeting her husband in school, the newlyweds packed up and moved back to Denver where Mariah has now been a designer and assistant with HouseHome for three years.
Carissa da Silva
Design Assistant
Carissa da Silva is a student at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design pursuing her degree in Sustainable Interior Design. Although born and raised in Virginia, Carissa packed up her belongings and moved to Colorado about two years ago, and has felt at home ever since. She has always had an eye for interior decorating, being particular about her bedroom growing up and assisting her parents in redesigning their family home. Since moving to Colorado, Carissa has gained a strong appreciation for woodworking, quality furniture, finishing and refinishing. In her free time, she finishes unfinished furniture or refinishes thrifted and second-hand pieces.

My passion for Real Estate has been ingrained in me from a young age. By the age of 10, I can remember working with my parents on their apartment buildings doing move out cleans and building maintenance.
After I graduated from Colorado State University, I moved to Highlands Ranch, where I purchased my first home at the age of 23, and started my career in construction management. In 2015, I took the leap to work more in the family business of real estate and began working in property management for more than 64 units. Naturally, this put me in the Real Estate market and I decided to turn my passion into a full-time career. I joined 8z Real in 2015 and have never looked back. It is a gratifying feeling to watch my clients fall in love with a home and I strive to bring that feeling out in every transaction I am a part of.
