8:00 AM: Monday morning starts with a flurry of activity as we dive into our overflowing email inbox and meticulously organize our to-do lists. It's the perfect time to prioritize our pressing tasks and set the tone for the week ahead. Our team consists of two designers, an office administrator, and a business manager, so we all have independent tasks that revolve around our job titles that week.
8:30 AM: After organizing our thoughts, we gather to unload the creative ideas swirling in our heads. We capture everything discussed during conversations or exchanges over texts and emails with our clients, ensuring that no thought or task slips through the cracks. This ensures everyone on the team is on the same page, ready to create magic for the rest of the week.
9:00 AM: We delve into each client's project with a shared sense of purpose. We meticulously craft task lists tailored to each project's unique stage. Progress updates are exchanged, and we synchronize our efforts to ensure a seamless workflow for our team and clients. Collaboration and communication are the cornerstones of our success.
